The parsley detox!


Who would have thought parsley has some serious healing properties!

Parsley is amazing for the kidneys, digestion and removes toxins - especially from those found in meats.

Further more, it can reduce swelling, cellulite and distension.

Ok - so how to consume?! Simple - you drink it!

We'll warn you, it doesn't taste like heaven on earth but gee it works wonders!


Take a bunch of parsley, approx. 3 cups full - and place in a boiling pot of water (about 4-5 cups of water).

Boil for 8-10 minutes.

Take the parsley out and pour the boiled parsley water in a cup (should make around 3-4 cups).

Drink! Making sure that it is warm when you do so.
