The Tiny Tea is best consumed 30min prior to a meal, 3 x a day however it can be consumed 30 min after a meal if more convenient.
A lot of girls say they can’t get to a kettle at lunch time. What should they do? A) full a thermos up in the morning or b) have their second tea early afternoon and then your last tea before dinner. If you really can only fit in 2 teas a day that is still ok but 3 is optimal!

Can I have the tea cold? NO, the herbs work best when in hot or very warm water.
Can I reuse a tea bag? Yes you can make two cups out of a tea bag if you like in any one sitting however be sure to have 3 different tea bags each day still. You may also reuse the herbs from inside the tea bags in your homemade soup
