Protein balls are a fantastic snack to keep close by so you can avoid reaching for that muffin or sugary muesli bar in the afternoon!
They are extremely quick to create too - so no excuses!
* 1/2 cup of pitted dates
* 1/4 cup goji berries
* 1tbsp of Acai Powder
* 1/2 cup of natural oats
* 1/4 cup of black & white chia seeds
* handful of walnuts
* 2tbsp of linseeds
* 2tbsp of Cocao nibs
* 2tbsp of Macca Powder
Blend the above ingredients together.
Roll into small bite size balls and roll in shredded coconut.
Store in the refrigerator
