TCM DOCTOR EXPLAINS THE BENEFITS OF ANTI-C TEA
According to Dr Nat TCM, Anti-C’s herbal blend assists in cleansing the kidney and liver. It helps your body to lift stagnant dampness and phlegm.
As recommended by Nat Kringoudis TCM, it is best to complete a quick 14 day Tiny Tea Teatox prior to the AntiC-Tea. The TinyTea will cleanse your system and allow the AntiC-Tea to be absorbed more efficiently.
Take a look at this blog written by Nat that explains exactly what cellulite is. It may bust a few myths out there.
It is safe to consume Anti-C Tea whilst pregnant and breastfeeding, however we don't always recommend this, purely because we believe in leaving health in the hands of nature at this special point in time.
For the young or elderly or those recovering from severe illness, whilst it isn't contraindicated, it's important to consult your healthcare professional before cleansing. If you're under the age of 15 we recommend seeking parental permission.
Anti-C Tea is designed to be consumed consecutively over 30 days (2 x a day). Brew for 5-7 minutes at a time. Drink 30 minutes before or after meals. You can take up to two rounds (60 days) of Anti-C Tea in succession.
We always recommend listening to how your body feels whilst on the tea.
Hot tip: Feel free to add a squeeze of lemon or dash of honey.
