Reiterating our TCM Doctor’ words of wisdom, Sleep Tea may assist with the following;

Irritability, itching scalp, hot feet, insomnia, 3am night sweats, feeling inflamed, eczema, itchy skin, anxiety, feeling highlight strung, pregnancy insomnia/heat, calming mind, hangovers.

Steep 1 teabag in 1 cup (250ml) of boiling water for 4-6 minutes.

Consume 30 minutes before or after eating.

1 cup in the AM, 1 cup in the early PM.

Continue until teabags complete.
