Our Hangover Tea herbs are a special blend of ingredients designed to support the body pre and post alcohol consumption. Where alcohol damages the body, our Hangover Tea aims to give back; via cooling herbs to calm headaches and nausea. The herbs also rehydrate the body on a whole. Importantly, this blend addresses digestive integrity, of which alcohol otherwise breaks down. Hangover Tea is ideal to consume pre and post consuming alcohol, to both support the body prior to drinking and cleaning up the after effects of alcohol.

Reiterating our TCM Doctors’ words of wisdom, Hangover Tea may assist with the following:

Excess heat, lethargy, headaches, irritability, digestive repair, concentration, warding off the need to consume your weight in fried foods.

Steep 1 teabag in 1 cup (250ml) of boiling water for 4-6 minutes.

Consume 30 minutes before or after eating.

1 cup in the AM, 1 cup in the early PM.

Continue until teabags complete.
