This blend does not contain any stimulants that cause a rise and peak in energy levels – instead these ingredients tend to the basics rather than providing a short term fix.

ENERGY makes use of cinnamon to warm and invigorate the digestive system which is further supported by Chen Pi. Siberian Ginseng is included as an adaptogen herb, which aims to naturally balance the body in times of overload. ENERGY includes a base of Lu Cha (Green Tea) combined with the zesty fruit of Ning Meng (Lemon). It is paired back with the tasty Chen Pi (aged Mandarin Peel).

From a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective, our digestive system connects closely with our mood – with the gut often being referred to the second brain. In order for emotions to be light, the digestive system must have the capacity to digest foods as well as emotions. 

‘Happy’ includes the beautiful Mei Gui Hua (Flower Of Rose) accompanied with warming Wu Long Cha (Oolong Tea). This blend is rounded out with zesty Ning Meng (Lemon), invigorating Gou Qi (Fructus Lycii) and the leaf and stem of Hong Cha (Black Tea).

‘Sleep’ includes the fragrant flower of calming Rose combined with and harmonising Gan Cao (liquorice). The leaf of Bulbus Lilii offers a soothing partnership with Chinese Red Date, Hong Zao to encourage rest and rounded off with immune loving Wu Wei Zi (Schisandra Berry).

Goji Berry is a feature of this blend, touted for its antioxidant properties. Wu Wei Zi is featured as a herb commonly used for calm ‘Shen’, aka; spirit/mind.

ANTIOXIDANT includes a base of Lu Cha (Green Tea) paired back with Gui Zhi (Cinnamon) for warming the digestive system.

Pu Erh Tea is an important ingredient used for digestive balance for centuries in TCM, while the ginger aids in warming the system,

White Tea rounds out this blend in conjunction with Mai Ya; another widely used ingredient in Chinese herbal blends.
